Management of the 2011 Christchurch earthquake damage assessment and Materials Damages insurance claim and negotiations.
Breakfree Cashel St Christchurch
Role: Project Management
Engineer to the Design and Build Contract for the new owners of the 264 room hotel. Works included substantial seismic strengthening, facade and roof replacement, fire services upgrade and room and front of house refit.
